Mission Statement

The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian church. Its message is based on the Bible. Its ministry is motivated by the love of God. Its mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination.

What We Do & How We Help

At The Salvation Army, we are dedicated to Doing the Most Good. We are made up of thousands of officers, staff, volunteers, donors, and partners working together to holistically meet human needs without discrimination. Our programs are designed to combat homelessness and hunger, provide safe spaces for kids, help adults achieve and maintain sobriety, and give hope to our most vulnerable neighbors.

People need hope. You can help meet the greatest need today.
