The economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic is vast: schools are closed, businesses are threatened, and tens of thousands of people are newly out of work. The Salvation Army is being called to respond to this crisis and provide for people in need.

Salvation Army San Diego named beneficiary at Bayside Gospel Concert Aboard The Midway
Mandate Records will be hosting their 7th annual Bayside Gospel Concert Aboard The Midway on Saturday August 22nd from 7:30pm - 9:30pm. This virtual event will be broadcasted live from the USS Midway and streamed to their Facebook . The event will highlight some of the most talented gospel singers such as Chris White, Dewayne Woods & Bayside Church, Men 4 Christ and several more with special guests Rubi Green and Angela Bennett. In addition to the incredible line-up of musical artists, the event has invited The Salvation Army San Diego to be a beneficiary recipient during the show and will feature The Salvation Army Divisional Secretary Colonel Lee Lescano live on stage to feature the nonprofit's commitment to the community.
We are honored and humbled to be chosen as a nonprofit beneficiary to this prestigious event. All proceeds will go to empowering our neighbors in San Diego and supplementing the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of those in our communities.
